Paris, the most stylish city in the world

Paris topped Forbes' "Most Stylish Cities in the World" list, to no surprise at all (for me, at least). Everything about the city expresses beauty and class and a conscientiousness of its surroundings. My nostalgia for it is getting worse and worse, so I am making my own list of the top 10 things I miss about the City of Lights. I could go on about it all for ages, but I'll keep it short for now. 

10. its rich history and the fact that people haven't forgotten it

 9. la politesse 

 8. le metro. yes, I really did love it. 

 7. the fashion and style

 6. the language

 5. the cafes and the food

 4. la rive gauche: the latin quarter, rue d'Alesia, Jardin du Luxembourg, Champs de Mars...every winding little street of it

 3. the nightlife.... and the drinking age

 2. the French men... most of them, anyway

A Plus Tard Crocodile

My friend Elliott made me a mix that I've been asking for and this really amazing band Louise Attaque was on it. This is one of my favorites...its called "Si l'on marchait jusqu'à demain" on the album A Plus Tard Crocodile. Its still a beautiful song even if you can't understand the words.
